TechNola’s Payment Policy
Effective January 1, 2018 all updates requested will automatically be billed by the client’s credit card on file when services are rendered under $300.00 in value. Any charges that are $301.00 and over, will receive prior approval first from the client or an approved point of contact for the business before charges are processed with an approved credit card on file with our Agency.
A late penalty charge of 3% will be assessed on all payments that are not approved by the clients issuing bank when processed. Services rendered after 5pm will be billed on the next business day.
New Services Requested: When new services are requested, TechNola will provide a digital contract to sign and approve. Any and all fees listed under the contract’s terms & conditions will be subject to each individual contract terms and will be billed electronically using an approved credit card provided by the client.
Debt Collections: Any and all debts not paid in full within 90 days from the original charges incurred, will be subject to debt collection. TechNola partners with 3rd party debt collectors to collect debts owed to our Agency. Any and all debts not fulfilled will automatically be subject to reporting to all 3 credit bureaus, including Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. We comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Including, but not limited to, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) of 1977, The Debt Collection Act of 1982, and The Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1970.
